Day 1   Arrive at Cabanas Tres Rios, outfit boats and paddle Rio Quijos.

Day 2   Paddle Rio Cosanga

Day 3   Paddle Rio Quijos.

Day 4   Travel to Tena, Paddle upper Misahuilli.

Day 5   Paddle Lower Jondachi.

Day 6   Paddle Lower Misahualli.

Day 7   Return to Quito or keep paddling on your own.
